If you are buying we will, in a nutshell:
- Review the Contract for free before you sign
- Advise you of your rights and obligations
- Assist with negotiations
- Take care of documentation
- Work with your mortgagee and the vendor’s legal representative
- Settle the property
- Notify the council and water authority of your purchase
If you are selling we will, in a nutshell:
- Draft the Contract of Sale to ensure you are protected
- Draft the Section 32 Vendor Statement
- Advise you of your rights and obligations
- Take care of documentation
- Work with your mortgagee and the purchaser’s legal representative
- Settle the property
- Notify council and water authority your sale
We can also assist with family transfers, co-ownership agreements, plan of subdivision, plans of consolidation.
